As the Products/service offered by the Site are mainly online in nature the Site handles the backend work offline. The documents would be submitted to the right authorities after being reviewed and the usual process would be followed.

After receiving approval from the right authorities, the pre-arrival registration would be posted to the clients to their address mentioned in the documents. In case of the loss of this document, a duplicate one would be sent to them through their email and can be printed out at their end.

The website does not take any responsibility if their document is lost in transit or through the postal / courier service. Furthermore, if the wrong address has been provided, there would be no liability taken by the website or the company.
